A booking reference ID (MS-XXXXX) is generated for tracking purposes but does not guarantee a slot until a staff member marks it as Confirmed in the database.
Our Free Ambulance Pickup Service 24x7 is available only for emergency transit requests within our defined geographical radius in Konnagar, Hooghly. The hospital is not liable for transport delays caused by traffic bottlenecks, weather anomalies, or force majeure events.
While we accept 25+ insurance partners for cashless treatment, final authorization is determined solely by your TPA company. Patients are responsible for clearing any non-medical expenses, deductibles, or copayments at the billing desk upon discharge.
