ICU
ICU is an abbreviation for “Intensive Care Unit.” It is a specialist division inside a hospital or healthcare facility that offers patients who are critically sick or have life-threatening diseases comprehensive medical care and monitoring. ICU patients may need round-the-clock care from a staff of medical experts, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists.

The majority of patients in general wards have stable conditions or are recovering from an illness.
HDU
A High Dependency Unit or HDU is a unit which is attached with our ICU.
Usually, “HDU” in a hospital refers to a “High Dependency Unit.” A hospital’s specialty unit that offers care at a level in-between that of the general ward and the intensive care unit (ICU). Patients who are not in critical condition but nevertheless need close monitoring and more extensive medical care than what is possible in a typical hospital ward are the target audience for HDU.We usually put a patient there when he or she is in a more critical state.
PATHOLOGY
The medical field of pathology focuses on the investigation and diagnosis of diseases. It is essential for comprehending the nature, root causes, and physical impacts of illnesses.
